Beautiful day to visit Lake Mead. The man-made lake used for recreation and for the water source, north of Hoover Dam.

Barry and I went to Hoover Dam and took the tour. The history of the dam shows what one vision worked miracles for the southwestern states for energy and livelyhood. The Colorado River is split with Nevada and Arizona.In the afternoon, we drove to Red Rock Canyon. We finally saw the burros.
